These Terms apply to your use of cherryandblue.com (the “site”), operated by Cherry & Blue (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Pre-launch status
Cherry & Blue has not yet opened for sale. Pages on the site describe bags that are in development. Prices, availability and launch dates have not been announced, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It adds your email address, and the piece and colorway you chose, to our list so we can tell you when the collection opens. It does not reserve a bag, create an order, or oblige you to buy anything. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Product information
Product images and films on the site are 3D renders of the final designs, not photographs. Dimensions and materials are taken from our technical drawings and may be refined before production; the details shown at the time you order will be the ones that apply. Colors can look different on different screens.
Design studies (Collection N°00) are shown for interest only and are not in production.

Accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Intellectual property
The Cherry & Blue name, logo, two-cherry symbol, &B monogram, brand patterns, product designs, renders, text and code on the site belong to Cherry & Blue or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links and save images for personal reference. You may not copy our designs, reuse our brand assets, sell our content, or use our imagery to train generative models without written permission.
Use of the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, get around its security, scrape it at scale, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts or block access that breaks these rules.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” while we prepare for launch. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
The governing law and venue for these Terms will be stated here when the terms of sale are published. Until then, nothing in these Terms takes away the protection of the consumer laws of the country you live in.
Changes
We will update these Terms at launch and may update them at other times. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
