What we'll publish before launch

- Shipping rates in USD, and any threshold for free delivery.
- Processing time from order to dispatch.
- Estimated delivery windows by region, and any express option.
- The carriers we use.
These terms will be shown at checkout before you pay. The version shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.
Packaging
Each bag will ship in protective packaging designed to keep a structured bag in shape in transit. Details of the packaging will be confirmed with the collection.
Tracking
Every order will ship with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email when your order leaves us, and you will be able to follow it on the track an order page.
Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes depend on the destination country. Before launch we will state whether they are included in the price or collected on delivery for each region we ship to.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the bag and the box, and write to us. If tracking stops moving, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. The exact process will be confirmed with the rest of these terms.
