Standard Delivery

In standard shipping options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify through Yurtiçi and MNG Cargo, which we have contracted. Shipping is Free. 

Return and Exchange

Refunds can be made free of charge with Ups Cargo and Domestic Shipping

Opportunity Within 40 Days

You can return the product you bought from the “CHERRY AND BLUE” Online

Shop site with your invoice within 40 days (1 month and 10 days) from the invoice date, or you can exchange another product for the same amount. For the return and exchange of the product, it is absolutely necessary to apply with the consignment note or invoice of the product, the product is not used, the original packaging is intact, the labels are not removed, and must be delivered with all accessories as it reaches you.

In Turkey,  You can return your products free of charge with UPS Kargo, Yurtici Kargo and MNG Kargo.

Product Exchange

The exchange of the products you have purchased from the “CHERRY AND BLUE” Online Shop is made by email request, in the contact section. you can fill out the return form on the back of the shipment and notify by mail the request of exchange.

For Returned items, Authorised personnel will inspect each item for damages or deformities that may by misuse. Your refund will be issued to your credit card within 11 business days of our receipt of the products, if the products are approved by personnel. 

When your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation. You will be notified of the reason for not approval, if the return was not approved after inspection and we will the product(s) which you sent for return be delivered back to the shipping address that you have provided.
